The class is open only to students who have been regularly attending Level 3 or Level 2 for at least 2 years. During the class, using supine positions with support typical of IYENGAR® Yoga, through relaxation and observation of the breath, the main breathing techniques are introduced, gradually and respecting individual learning times and abilities. Pranayama promotes relaxation of the nervous system and increases the ability to concentrate.
