Ecce Yoga
Fourth year of the yoga and philosophy course “Yoga after Patañjali's Yogasūtra”
with Federico Squarcini and Chiara Travisi.

In the centuries following the writing of the Yogasūtra various and diverse traditions articulated and codified different 'methods' for conducting the living of their followers. In these meetings some of these 'methods' will be presented, with special attention to those that employ the term haṭha to qualify.

All meetings this year will have an initial historical-theoretical part, followed by a second part of anthological readings of Sanskrit texts from the period in question.
